He has had record deals with Interscope, Universal, and Warner Brothers Records and was said to have signed one of the largest new artist record deals of all time. You’ve probably heard all the horror stories of bands being signed and promised the world, only to be dropped a few months after their album is released with no notice, and certainly no apologies, from the label. Unfortunately, his experience was not much different. Bottom line: His albums didn’t sell enough copies to satisfy the label, and he was dropped. Disheartened and rapidly running low on finances, he decided to put music on the back burner and focus on paying some bills. Completely uninterested in getting a “day job”, he started exploring the world of internet business.
