Cruising through the Wayhome Festival you'll find endless people strolling through grass fields, stages at every horizon, and a smorgasbord of music artists appealing to fans ranging from Kendrick Lamar to the Rural Alberta Advantage to Odesza to Modest Mouse. With four rocking stages, the menu of talent will serve any music lovers appetite.

While cruising by the WayBold stage on Saturday evening on route to catch Modest Mouse at the main stage we couldn't help but stop to take in rapper G-Eazy. The excitement to see the Issaquah, WA indie rock band was put on hold as this James Dean looking rapper captured the audience with his presence, flow and energy. G-Eazy stole the show at the Wayhome Festival in Oro Medonte.

G-Eazy takes an interesting approach to show business as he has his hands on as much of the show as he does the business. He was featured in Forbes in November, 2014 where he spoke of using his business principles to direct his music career.

G-Eazy espouses a fake-it-till-you-make-it attitude. He acts as if he is already a star, including staging a big production. “We used to approach a small 400 person show like an arena show, as if I was a star and I was coming out on stage in front of screaming people and that I was to be larger than life,” he said. “It’s our approach to treat each show like an arena show. We over-invest in production to make the stage look bigger, turning the show into an experience and not just somebody standing around with a microphone rapping.” - Forbes

G-Eazy's track 'Running' featuring Gabriel Garzón-Montano can be heard during "Rap By Night" airing nightly from 9pm-midnight.
