The Response are Andrew and Victoria Knopp. Based in Christchurch, New Zealand, they write and record all their material independently, drawing inspiration from a wide range of sources. The result is a fresh, catchy indie/pop sound that is truly their own.

Determined to faithfully translate their albums from tape to stage, yet remain a duo, the pair have crafted a live show that utilizes every one of their limbs and will leave you wondering how two people can make so much noise!

The Response will be playing as part of the Landmark Events Showcase Festival on April 4th at the Red Room in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Response will be giving away a free digital album to the first 35 people to purchase tickets.
