Dream Jefferson is a New Wave Electro-Hip Hop band from Toronto and they have hit number one this week on Jamsterdam Radio with their track "Sad Girl" from the album Manchester Blue.With their latest release Manchester Blue, Dream Jefferson furthers their (and hip hop’s) evolution. Songs of lost love, pain and uncertainty, bleeding-heart-on-sleeve fragility is delivered with cocky confidence and rapid fire delivery over compositions of driving lo-fi electro and which 80’s new wave expand into soaring crescendos. This is a band that has not only found their stride, but has developed their strut.
